  • Deliverables: The final output or completed work as agreed upon in the project scope.

  • Agreement: Any signed or agreed-upon contract, proposal, or invoice outlining service terms.

Service Scope

Inkout Publication offers professional book-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Ghostwriting & Book Writing– Our expert writers create engaging, original content based on your ideas or provided outlines.

  • Editing & Proofreading– We refine manuscripts with detailed editing, proofreading, and fact-checking to ensure clarity and correctness.

  • Illustration & Design– Professional illustrations and book cover designs tailored to complement the book’s theme and target audience.

  • Publishing (Print & Digital)– We assist in traditional, self, and hybrid publishing, including ISBN acquisition, formatting, and distribution.

  • Audiobook Production– Our audiobook services include professional narration, voice acting, and sound design.

  • Book Marketing & Promotion– We provide customized marketing campaigns, including social media, PR, and promotional materials.

  • Author Website Development– We design and develop professional websites tailored for authors to enhance their online presence.

Each project will have a customized service agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Payment & Fees

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • A non-refundable deposit of [percentage] is required before starting a project.

  • Late payments beyond [number] days may result in project delays, suspension, or termination.

  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

  • Inkout Publication will not share, sell, or disclose personal information or project content without written permission.

  • All shared information is securely stored and used solely for project-related purposes.

  • Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding business processes, pricing, and discussions with our team.

Project Timelines & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the project initiation.

  • The Client is responsible for providing necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, third-party delays) that affect delivery times will be communicated promptly.

  • Rush orders or expedited projects may be subject to additional charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • If the Client cancels the project mid-way, they may be responsible for partial or full project costs based on the work completed.

  • Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be submitted with valid reasoning and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If Inkout Publication is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their project requirements.

  • Feedback and approvals must be given in a timely manner to ensure project completion within the agreed timeline.

  • Clients must ensure that any content they provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights or violate legal guidelines.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables before approval and publication.

Limitation of Liability

  • Inkout Publication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

  • We do not guarantee specific sales, commercial success, or audience reach for published works.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation.

  • If disputes remain unresolved, the matter may be subjected to mediation or legal proceedings under [Jurisdiction] laws.

  • Legal fees incurred due to disputes will be borne by the responsible party as determined by the final resolution.

Termination of Services
